Part 1

What it's for

What it does
Fans text a word to your number, join your list instantly and get your auto reply right away, any hour, at no credit cost. Keywords also sort fans into groups you can message later.

Ways to use it
- Set up groups like VIP, GENERAL or NEWSLETTER.
- Put a keyword on a flyer or in your Instagram bio.
- Show the QR code at the merch table or door.
- Target a later campaign at one keyword group.

Part 2

Open SMS Keywords
The page shows your number with an example text, a search box, Add Keyword and Sort by. Each keyword is a card with a QR code, the Subscribed count, the Reserved date and its Auto reply. A card without a custom reply shows a Customize link. A send icon and a menu sit on each card.
Keywords need an active dedicated number.

Add a keyword
Select Add Keyword and enter a Name. Write an Auto reply if you want one, up to 132 characters. We add Reply STOP to unsubscribe for you. Leave it blank to use the default reply. Tick Send my Contact Card with the auto reply if you want fans to save you in one tap. Then select Reserve.

Words like STOP, HELP, START, UNSTOP and TEXT are not allowed, nor profanity. If a word is taken, you see Keyword already exists.
Set up your Contact Card
Edit or delete
The card menu has Edit and Delete. Delete asks you to Confirm Delete and removes the keyword from everyone.
Message the group
In Campaigns, filter by Keywords / Groups to reach one keyword group.
Open Campaigns
