What it's for

  1. What it does

    Quick Text is the fastest way to promote an event, shop, Spotlight or any link. Pick what to promote, pick who gets it, and Message Assist writes the first draft for you.

  2. Ways to use it

    • Remind fans about an upcoming event.
    • Nudge people who texted a keyword but have not bought yet.
    • Promote a shop or a Spotlight.
    • Share a link from anywhere you sell.
Part 2

Send it

  1. What are we promoting?

    Open Quick Text. Choose one of your upcoming events, or pick Your shops, Your Spotlights, A link from anywhere or Something new. If yours is not listed, create an event or open a shop from the link at the bottom.

  2. Who should get it?

    Start with From your Playbook, where the Top pick is the suggested audience. Or choose a group: Everyone on your list, Texted a keyword, no ticket yet, New fans, no ticket yet, Haven't bought tickets yet, Past buyers, not going yet, Repeat buyers, no ticket yet, or People going.

    Each group shows how many people are in it. Groups with nobody yet are greyed out with a hint.

  3. Review the draft

    The Write step opens with a draft ready. Use Edit on the audience summary to change who gets it. The counter shows Parts and Characters, and how many drafts you have left. Try to keep the draft to one message part.

    Select Write Another for a new angle, use undo to go back, or open Tools to add things like an image or your Contact Card.

    Step 3: review and edit the draft.

  4. Send or schedule

    Tick the terms and consent box to enable sending, then select Send Now. To send later, choose a Date & time under Schedule for later. The button changes to Schedule. Credits are refunded if you cancel before the scheduled time.

    Select Text Me A Test to send a test to your own phone first. Go Back returns to Who.

  5. After you send

    You see that your text is sending, or when it is scheduled for. Select View Order, or wait a moment, to land on the order page. The campaigns guide shows how to read it.
