Scan tickets at the door

Part 1

Open the scanner

Get to the scan page
On your dashboard, tap the QR icon button at the bottom right, or choose Scan tickets from the event menu.

You can scan if you are an Owner, an Admin, or a Scanner or Bartender who has accepted the invite. Anyone else goes back to the home page.
Pick a scan mode
Use Auto Scan to read codes as they come into view. Use Manual Scan, then tap Capture & Scan QR Code to scan what the camera sees.

Part 2

Read the result
Point the camera at the code. The result shows Valid Ticket, or Invalid Ticket when the ticket could not be verified.

A Multi-Day Pass shows as valid for re-entry.
Redeem an order with several tickets
If one order has several tickets, choose Redeem Single Ticket or Redeem All Tickets. Successfully Redeemed means it went through.

Part 3

Switch to the Guest List tab
The scan page on your dashboard has Scan and Guest List tabs. Scan shows your Scan History. Use Guest List to find a guest and check them in.
